TASTING NOTES

On the nose, the aroma of dry oregano intertwines with the hint of dark and red cherries. On the palate the taste of ripe cherries is balanced by the tannin notes typical of traditional Chianti, with a lively and fresh final acidity.

PAIRING
Second courses of red meat, roast or with preparations based on spices, game, ham or Tuscan salami, therefore savory, and finally medium and long-aged cheeses.
